You know, it's a LOT colder in Kobe than it is in Dallas/Ft. Worth.
Under Don's care, Tortoise has doubled in size during the last week.
I took over 200 pictures last week, but my IP address has changed, so I can't ssh to upload them at the moment. So watch this spot!
I could technically make you a webhost here. Low outbound speed, but free monthly backups. Though we'll be moving and there will be service interruption.
How was your flight?
Thanks for the offer! It's ok, though -- I have unlimited space on forbidden, and another 10MB from my ISP, if I can find the password.
How do you think the flight was? It was long and miserable! But I'm okay. (^_^)
Glad you made it back safely!
Thanks, Razormaid! =) =) =)
hi! i added you to my friends list - i hope that's ok. here is my self intro... i'm an ALT in toyama-ken. i've been in japan for about a year and a half and will be retuning to the u.s. (seattle? portland? san francisco? - i don't really have plans yet) during the summer. yoroshiku.
Yoroshiku, Amandasan =) Hey, I've been here for a year and a half, too! And I think we're the same age. (Horse?) I work for a conversation school in Hyogo-ken. Are you really lost in inaka? Are you a city girl? From the West coast, right? I'm gonna add you, too. Akemashite omedetou!
i do feel lost in inaka a lot of the time. toyama is definitely an inaka ken. pretty much all of the japan sea coast is inaka i think. possibly with the exception of kanazawa. although my friends who live there seem to think that it is inaka, too.
i am a west coast girl. grew up in anchorage, alaska. went to college at the univ. of washington in seattle. lived in seattle for another year after i graduated. and then i came to japan. and yes, i am a horse. only a few weeks until i turn 25.
akeome as the cool kids at my school like to abbreviate it!
I've been to Gifu-ken and Nagano-ken, but I've never been to Toyama. In fact, I've never been to the Japan Sea coast. I came close to taking a job at Daisenin Tottori-ken, but my interview was in Osaka. I never saw the place. Well, if you ever wanna spend a weekend in Kobe/Osaka, you have an open invitation to crash at my place. (^_^)
