Camden Town

In between Kristin Hersh shows, we wandered around and took a lot of pictures. This first picture is the Camden Town Station, and the second is St. Christopher's youth hostel on Camden High Street, where we spent two nights. The hostel was a happy place that only cost £16/night.

All the rest of the pictures were taken on Camden High Street, a good place to buy combat boots and get skewered. There were several great markets (awesome clothes and shoes!), a canal, and lots of cozy restaurants - we dined at a chain called Henry J. Bean's, and it was delicious. Mostly we just strolled in the sun, basking in our good fortune.

Don't we look happy? It's cuz we were having a blast!

I realized it has been exactly eight years since my youngest kitty, Kali, was brought in from her hard life on the streets. Where does the time go?…
