So, Don and I were in Texas for about nine days, a month ago. This is the sandwich we ate for breakfast every single day.

Step one: Wheat bread with mayonnaise (shown here, regular and horseradish).

Step two: Lettuce. Avocado.

Step three: Crispy bacon!

Step four: Enjoy the tasty sandwich. Think about having another.

I'm going to Perth in less than 20 hours. I'm going to see how many posts I can make until then.

We've been eating a lot of Thai the last few days... Don has perfected pad thai and "hot and sour" soup.

Tonight he made pork steaks (lean strips) in hoisin sauce and veggies (red peppers, onions, broccolis, carrots, etc) on tortillas with cheese.. sort of like fajitas, but Chinese. We should totally have a pot luck someday, you and I, cuz I think we have the same taste in foood.

asian fajitas hmmm...

i was going to make red thai curry yesterday but the paste i have is waaaay to hot, then i added more water and it just turned out crappy

so what i did tonight was drain my pot of currieg veggies.. go to thai restaurant and buy two curries (they come with a TON of leftover sauce at royal thai takeout), take out one serving of veggies to eat now and poured them in my pot so now i have enough curry for lunch and dinner for like a week haaha! yum

That's a good thing, cuz every time I have Thai curry, I wind up craving it for two or three days afterward.
