We had these crummy fake-nonstick pans.


Don especially found them distasteful.


So we ceremoniously threw them down the chute!


Meanwhile, Don has mounted our good pans this way! He wants me to mention that he ran out of copper polish, so that's why they don't look as pretty as they usually do.


This is new, too. Lids go here!

Last time I went to Hamburg was almost six years ago; I thought this time around I'd try to photograph the same locations to show the passage of a half-decade. Instead I had a totally different experience, complete with different scenery, classy food, a number of venue changes, and slightly deranged colleagues (not pictured).
