Baked Pasta with Red Onion, Corn, and Cheddar



Make a white sauce, like this one by Gordon Ramsey, which is seasoned with nutmeg. I melted a hundred grams of cheddar into the white sauce. Boil fusilli pasta, and mince a red onion. Stir the pasta into the white sauce with the onion and about 300 grams of corn. Pour into a baking dish and cover with another hundred grams of cheddar, and bake. I baked it at 350F for about 30 minutes. And I ate it with Tabasco.
