Colors

I'm Into Vegetables

I have a lot of pictures of food I cooked. Here are a few.


Shiitake stir-fry with broccoli, tofu, red chili, ginger, garlic, orange juice and zest, and soy sauce.


This is the beginning of pico de gallo made from a nectarine, fresh green and red chilis, pickled jalapeno, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and lemon juice.


This is a yam, spinach, and black bean burrito made with peach salsa and some avocado.


The same thing.


I made this pasta dish with sweet potatoes (scroll past the blah-blah-blah to the recipe) and it was plain, so I made it again, and dressed it up with spinach, a caramelized onion, and broccoli. Much better.


And then I made it a third time. I added Tabasco to the 'cheese' mixture.


This tofu was reminding me of mozzarella. So I fried some in olive oil with garlic and oregano. Then sauteed spinach and tomatoes.


This is a warm quinoa salad with butternut squash, broccoli, chives, and pomegranate.
