Same Hong Kong [May. 19th, 2010|09:45 am]

I got called out on standby to go to Hong Kong ("At Least It's Hong Kong") and I basically did the same thing I always do in Hong Kong: Wander around, eat, buy toys, and take pictures. Here are the pictures.

Wandering around Hong Kong on foot is made much easier by the Central-Mid-Levels escalators, the "longest outdoor covered escalator system in the world." Yet somehow I still managed to exhaust myself when I was going to have to work on my feet all night. Why do I always do that? Spend hours walking unnecessarily, tiring my muscles and blistering my feet, when I have to stand around in bad shoes the entire flight back?

ETA: This is the toy I bought.

Whoa, I didn't know about that! Had to look it up and found this: http://www.monstersandcritics.com/news/asiapacific/news/article_1554136.php/Police-called-to-investigate-female-nudes-at-Hong-Kong-exhibition. I didn't see any police, but I was only standing there for about 20 seconds.
